Business Technology Leader
Jorge is the IT lead for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS, focused on enabling the global JLABS portfolio of technology solutions. He has responsibility for strategy and delivery of digital platforms and tools in use by the JLABS & JJI organization as well as ones used for external outreach, branding, and resident company management.
Jorge joined Johnson & Johnson in 2010 as a member of the Information Technology Leadership Development Program during which he completed rotations in Corporate Compliance and Enterprise Architecture. Recently, Jorge was the Director of Digital Marketing for Matrix, a L’Oreal brand. In this role, Jorge was responsible for developing and executing an omni-channel digital marketing strategy.
Jorge earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a fitness nut and recently completed his first marathon in Germany.
